What data is collected?

This website collects data about your IP address, location, and other aspects relevant to your use of this website using a Google Analytics cookie.

If you use the contact form, it asks for your name and email address. I will not use this to send you marketing information, unless you wish to be kept up to date with things like useful content, upcoming workshops, or changes to the services I offer.

How is it used?

I will only use your personal information to provide you with the services you have asked for, and to let you know about services I think you will find useful. These purposes are covered under the lawful bases for data processing outlined in the GDPR, specifically at 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).

Your data will be retained throughout the set up and duration of any contract we may enter into. If we don’t enter into a contract, or after your contract has ended, data will be retained for up to 5 years following our last interaction, or if I choose to close my business.

Please make sure you are fully aware of your rights as a data subject under the GDPR.

If you wish to complain about my use of your personal data, first let me know what the problem is and I’ll try to sort it.

If you’re still not satisfy, you’re entitled to report a concern to the ICO.
